Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone in all written communications.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues using our internal knowledge base.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent written English skills and grammar.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
