As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients via live chat, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide Live Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via our secure chat platform with empathy and professionalism.
- Night Shift Availability: Manage incoming chat volume during our peak evening hours (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems or account issues using our internal knowledge base.
- Documentation: Accurately log every interaction, ticket status, and resolution in the CRM system.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services to meet customer needs.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of communication and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Location Requirement: Must reside in San Jose, CA (or be willing to relocate) or have valid authorization to work remotely.
- Experience: Prior experience in Chat Support or Customer Service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts on a full-time basis.
- Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, typing speed of 40+ WPM, and reliable high-speed internet.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Language: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
