Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and product information.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Log customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior support team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent written English skills and grammar proficiency.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo a paid training period.
