As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting clients through text-based channels with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat with a professional and friendly tone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to users.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Adapt to new software updates and product knowledge quickly during paid training.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management when necessary.
- Meet daily performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the state of Virginia.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong English grammar and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
