Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer messages promptly via live chat and email with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and provide accurate solutions.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless support.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Technical: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
