Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical and billing issues for our clients with a high degree of accuracy.
- Customer Retention: Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Think critically to provide solutions for complex problems that arise during chat sessions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and support departments to escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Typing Speed: Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
