- Document interactions and resolve issues efficiently using Zendesk and CRM tools
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex customer problems
- Maintain positive customer satisfaction metrics with CSAT scores >95%
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and chatbot training
- Participate in weekly team training sessions on new products and tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in customer support or chat-based communication
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
