Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries across multiple platforms
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Maintain expert knowledge of products/services through continuous training
- Support escalations from tier 1 agents during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience via chat/email platforms
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM tools
- Ability to multitask in high-volume digital environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
