Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to enterprise clients via our proprietary messaging platform
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software issues with precision
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Zendesk and Salesforce
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex product bugs
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Support multilingual clients (English fluency required)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with error-free accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chats
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
