Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Respond to customer messages via live chat promptly and professionally to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and navigating our platform.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Relay common customer feedback and product concerns to the product team to help drive improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company guidelines and maintain a high standard of service quality in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or chat-based support roles.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom), and navigating web browsers.
- Attitude: Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
