Responsibilities
- Manage Chat Inquiries: Respond to customer messages in real-time via web chat and mobile applications with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product inquiries using established knowledge bases and resources.
- Customer Retention: Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction scores and loyalty to the brand.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback into the CRM system for future reference.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues that require specialist attention and escalate them to the appropriate department promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to improve support processes and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and standard software; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
