- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and training sessions to stay updated on products.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support.
- Excellent written English communication skills with a strong command of grammar.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
