As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your goal is to provide quick, accurate, and empathetic solutions to inquiries via live chat platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through real-time text-based chat interactions.
- Resolve product inquiries, technical issues, and account questions efficiently.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone in all communications.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Fluent in English with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
