- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed ticket documentation in Zendesk and CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Proactively identify process improvements for customer experience
- Participate in bi-weekly training on new products and protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience via chat/email/phone
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar support platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for iOS/Android and web applications
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Typing speed: 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
