- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product inquiries
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during interactions
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for sensitive data
- Participate in weekly performance improvement reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient with Windows OS and web applications
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 chat windows
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
