Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries within 60 seconds
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Adhere to quality assurance metrics for response accuracy and satisfaction
- Participate in weekly performance review sessions
- Stay updated on product knowledge through continuous learning modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 chat conversations simultaneously
- Available to work evenings and weekends (shift flexibility required)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
