Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide relevant solutions and recommendations.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team and management to improve processes and share best practices.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards for every interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM and excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and navigating multiple tabs simultaneously.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with an immediate start date.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
