Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via real-time chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.

- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards for every chat interaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support roles.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus.
