Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat channels to resolve inquiries, issues, and technical problems with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support tiers or technical departments when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-oriented tone in all written communications.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and software updates to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate and within compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is highly desirable.
