Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support (preferred).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or on-site environment.
