Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues, including technical troubleshooting and account management, during off-peak hours.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior agents or management promptly.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or chat support roles.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
