Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, real-time customer support via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone in all written interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and issue resolutions in the CRM database.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in a related field is a plus.

- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
