What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional live chat support to customers via various digital platforms with speed and accuracy.
- Answer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and adhere to service level agreements.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support processes and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or technical support is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) and strong grammar skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
