Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support processes and expand product knowledge.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM to handle high-volume chat volume.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace dedicated to work.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities during the night shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
