As a Chat Support Representative, your primary goal is to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or product-related issues using provided guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Log all customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system accurately.
- Educate customers on product features and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the team to improve chat response times and quality.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
- Strong written communication and grammar skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
