- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and various chat platforms.
- Must reside in the Los Angeles, CA area.
