- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, chat support, or technical help desk.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computer applications and CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (for remote/on-site hybrid).
