Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to senior support teams
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge base of product features and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to identify customer pain points
- Monitor chat queues and maintain response time standards
- Participate in ongoing training for new product launches
- Contribute to improving chat scripts and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in live chat or digital customer support
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Exceptional written communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for SaaS products
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred
- Experience with customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, FCR)
