Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat with average response time under 60 seconds
- Document all interactions using Zendesk CRM while maintaining 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 specialists for complex technical escalations
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support seasonal campaigns during peak business hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (chat support a plus)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM tools and multi-tasking platforms
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team synergy
- Flexible availability during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM CST)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
