Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product support
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems for continuity
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Adhere to SLA targets and quality assurance standards
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and training materials
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer support experience (chat/email preferred)
- Exceptional written communication skills (typing 50+ WPM)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Reliable internet and quiet home office setup for hybrid work
- Availability for weekend shifts during peak seasons
