- Process Payments & Orders: Assist customers with transaction inquiries, returns, and order modifications when applicable.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Superior written English with a focus on grammar, spelling, and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Reliability: Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection (for remote roles) or be willing to work on-site.
