Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support through real-time chat interactions
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and product issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Continuously refine support scripts based on customer feedback
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience via chat or email
- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Resident of San Jose or willing to relocate
