Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat for local Austin businesses
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries within 5 minutes
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak support hours
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill-building workshops
- Support Austin-based clients during Texas business hours (8 AM - 6 PM)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of Austin business landscape preferred
- Ability to work rotating weekends (4 shifts/month max)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
