Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in all digital communications.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or sales is preferred.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (for remote positions).
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
