- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) and grammar skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
