- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
- Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet browsers, and software troubleshooting.
