Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for AI and automation integration across all business units, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable autonomous systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with robotic process automation (RPA) for end-to-end workflow optimization.
- Ethical Governance: Establish robust frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy to ensure responsible AI deployment in high-stakes environments.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical capabilities into business value, driving adoption and ROI.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of AI engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in AI engineering, data science, or enterprise software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP). Proven track record of deploying production-ready LLM applications.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business strategy.
