Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional Futures Council comprising C-suite executives and domain experts
- Identify and quantify disruption vectors in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Develop 'pre-mortem' scenarios for existential business risks and opportunities
- Drive exponential innovation initiatives with $500M+ annual R&D allocation
- Present quarterly Future Briefings to board and investor community
- Establish global partnerships with futurist institutes and think tanks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation leadership, or futurist consulting
- Published author or thought leader in exponential technology trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Experience leading C-level transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
