Responsibilities
- Analyze global socio-economic, technological, and environmental trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation pipeline and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Author visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on industry transformation scenarios
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and track implementation progress
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging technologies and acquisition targets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media platforms
