Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns with our mission, defining key milestones and deliverables for the next 24+ months.
- AI & Tech Integration: Oversee the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to identify new growth vectors.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex strategic concepts to the board of directors, C-suite executives, and external stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with COOs and CTOs to ensure that strategic initiatives are implemented effectively across all departments.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic leadership, strategy consulting, or executive management.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) while executing short-term tactical wins.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, machine learning, and blockchain, with the ability to assess their business applicability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
