Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision, anticipating market shifts and technological advancements.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of distributed systems, focusing on high availability, security, and performance.
- Trend Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum computing interfaces, edge computing) to integrate them into our core stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Operational Excellence: Implement DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless architectures.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to predict and adapt to technological trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
