- Coordinate account maintenance and transaction processing with 99% accuracy
- Resolve client inquiries within SLA thresholds while maintaining satisfaction scores >95%
- Collaborate with wealth management teams on complex client needs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with detailed compliance notes
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for financial products
- Participate in quarterly client reviews and portfolio updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in financial services client support
- FINRA Series 63/66 or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with conflict resolution experience
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error transaction processing
