- Collaborate with relationship managers to deliver seamless multi-channel support
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining 99.5% data accuracy
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance client satisfaction metrics
- Mentor junior associates on advanced conflict resolution techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in high-touch client service with financial services background
- Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM platforms, and financial analysis tools
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Series 7/63 license preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive-level polish
- Advanced problem-solving skills with demonstrated emotional intelligence
