Qualifications
- PhD in Environmental Science, Climate Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in climate tech with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML applications for climate modeling and prediction
- Proven track record of deploying scalable sustainability solutions
- Deep knowledge of international climate policy frameworks (Paris Agreement, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in climate innovation grants and investments
- Certification in Carbon Project Management (CCP) or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed climate journals
