Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate weekend community outreach events across Columbus neighborhoods
- Connect residents with social services, healthcare resources, and employment opportunities
- Document community feedback and compile actionable impact reports
- Coordinate volunteer teams for weekend neighborhood improvement projects
- Represent organization at local festivals, farmers markets, and community gatherings
- Maintain accurate resource databases and client interaction records
- Collaborate with city officials and nonprofit partners on weekend initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or community outreach experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
