Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Strong typing (45+ WPM) and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
