Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain thorough product knowledge across service offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
