Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats for product inquiries and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow escalation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
