Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex escalations
- Document interactions in compliance with PCI and HIPAA standards
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and quality
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (entry-level encouraged)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
