- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our CRM systems.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments (1 year minimum).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and friendly demeanor.
